The first Kaiserslautern Open Online Course (short: KLOOC) with the topic "Sustainable Development" was initially funded as a pilot project within the university as a Teaching Plus Project. Since the second implementation of this open online course in 2016, the KLOOC format is part of the programme funding within the framework of the Higher Education Pact 2020 III (Open Educational Opportunities of the Technische Universität Kaiserslautern. In the process of this project funding, further topics for the KLOOC format will be developed and implemented. KLOOC is realised by the Distance and Independent Studies Center depending on the topic to be implemented in cooperation with different partners (e.g. with the Chair for Sustainability Management for the KLOOC "Sustainable Development" or with the SME 4.0 Competence Center Kaiserslautern for the KLOOC "Digitisation? Mittelstand in change!") and the lecturers involved in the course. Further information about the project can be found on the project page. There you can find out when and on which topic the next KLOOC will take place.
